Q1: How to get the certificate? Is there any exam?
A1: No there are no exams, but the certificate is granted to those who actively participated in the classes and obtained the body knowledge of Scrum.
Q2: What does the certificate prove?
A2: It proves that you attended a CSM class licensed by the ScrumAlliance and that you are among the people who has the baseline understanding of Scrum provided and controlled by the Certified Scrum Trainers.

Q3: Are there any other benefits of the certificate?
A3: Apart of the invaluable knowledge and skills that you obtain during the class, you will be listed in the ScrumAlliance CSM registry and in the Ukrainian CSM listing. You also obtain free annual membership of the ScrumAlliance (can be prolonged by yourself).
Being a member of the ScrumAlliance you get access to additional materials on Scrum and also you are free to talk to any of the Scrum trainers and coaches around the World to get their advices on your Scrum-related questions.
