CSM feedback

I liked the training. It appeared to be more useful than I had expected. Various role-plays allowed for "intuitive" understanding of main Scrum principles and psychological aspects. Some procedures that I had considered as mere formalities or useless entertainment turned out to be based on common sense, easy to implement in practice and surprisingly effective.

Yuriy Mann, CSM, Agile Project Manager, QualiWare

The ScrumMaster certification course presented me with a valuable summary of Scrum, and the chance to spend two
days with other people interested in Scrum. Michael Vizdos has a fresh "no nonsense" approach to his class, where he always tries to highlight how Scrum works in "real life". He did an excellent job of delivering the basics of Scrum, but equally interesting where his comments and stories from working with teams that have applied Scrum. Even if you have read the Scrum literature, and had some first hand experience, this course still presents excellent value. You will leave it with a clearer understanding of how to apply Scrum, and hopefully be ready to try out some new things.

Ragnar Birgisson, CSM, Head of Development, Encode Aps

The phrase: "The book says that ..., but the reality is...," (c) Michael Vizdos was a relief to the souls of ScrumMasters, having desperately been trying to fit their processes into the strict boundaries set by classic books. Two days of theory, exercises, sharing experience with skilled participants - have all made a marked shift in my mind, meaning much more than the certificate itself.

Mykola Gurov, CSM, ScrumMaster, Ciklum
